Rebecca Roerick
Rebecca is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 17 years of experience, including serving as a VP of HR where she led operations, mergers, cultural integration, and strategic initiatives. She co-founded Gather Resources in 2018, providing recruitment, HR consulting, EEO mediation, and insurance solutions. Most recently, she partnered with Goldstein Benefits to help individuals and businesses navigate benefits challenges and partner with leaders to optimize benefit programs.
